4 Easy + Cozy Fall Breakfast Ideas!

Hey there fam!

Today I am writing this with such excitement because who doesn’t love breakfast?!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if i may say so myself and sharing my favorite ways to enjoy breakfast with you guys just makes me happy!

Homemade white + dark chocolate granola

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cup of rolled oats

-1/2 cup of coconut

-1/2 cup of sliced almonds

-2 tbsps of olive oil

-1/4 cup of maple syrup

-1/8 of a cup of melted, white chocolate

-1/4 of a cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

-Mix everything together except for the chocolate chips in a baking sheet, bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Take it out and mix it again, bake again for another 10 minutes at same temperature. Then, take it out, let it cool and add the dark chocolate chips!

You can enjoy this with some yogurt, milk, and more!

Sweet and Savory Toast

Ingredients:

-2 pieces of whole wheat toast

-1/4 cup of blueberries

-1/2 of an avocado

-1 tbsp of brown sugar

-1 tbsp of peanut butter

Instructions:

Toast both pieces of bread. While they are toasting, in a pan heat up some blueberries on medium heat with water and brown sugar. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Spread the avocado on one toast and then spread the PB on the other. Finally, top off the PB toast with the blueberries!

Waffle eggs bagel sandwich

Ingredients:

-1 egg

-1 everything bagel

-TJ almond cheese

-TJ vegan cream cheese

Instructions:

In a waffle maker, pour the egg in and let it cook while toasting the bagel. Then, spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese on the bagel, sprinkle some almond milk cheese and top it off with the waffle egg! Takes about 5 minutes to make and so yum!

Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients:

-1 egg

-1/4 cup of oat milk

-1/4 cup of maple syrup

-1 tbsp of cinnamon

-1 tbsp of pumpkin puree

-1/2 tbsp of butter

-2 slices of potato bread

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Drown your potato bread on it. In a pan, on medium heat, place the bread to cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Top it off with blueberries and raspberries! So delicious!
