Starbucks Christmas Drinks at home - Vegan edition!

Sharing these recipes is so exciting for me because it not only starts all the holiday vibes at home and on youtube, but it also allows me to share a little bit of my coffee skills and passion with all of you. Let me know if you try any of these and what you think about them.


Eggnog Latte

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup of really strong coffee or 2 espresso shots

-1/2 cup of eggnog almond milk (I like to use Califia farms)

-1 tsp of vanilla

-1/8 tsp of cinnamon

-Coconut whipped cream

-Nutmeg


Instructions:

The first thing you’ll do is pour your coffee or espresso into a mug. In the coffee you will mix in the vanilla and the cinnamon. Then you will add your warm eggnog milk or frothed up, into the same cup. Finally you top it off with some Coconut whipped cream and nutmeg!


Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup of strong coffee or 2 espresso shots

-1/2 cup of oat milk or almond milk

-3 tbsp of peppermint (you can do less if you don’t like the strong flavor of peppermint)

-3 tbsp of chocolate sauce

-Coconut whipped cream

-Christmas toppings


Instructions:

First you will pour the coffee or espresso into a mug, and mix in the peppermint and chocolate sauce. Then you will add the warm or frothed milk into the same mug. Top it off with some whipped cream and christmas toppings! YUM!


Creme Brulee Latte

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup of strong coffee or 2 espresso shots

-1 tbsp of brown sugar

-1/2 tsp of vanilla syrup

-1/4 cup of oat or almond milk

-2 tablespoons of caramel sauce

-Coconut whipped cream

-Caramel sauce and cinnamon for toppings


Instructions:

The first thing you will do is pour the coffee in a mug. Then add the brown sugar, vanilla syrup and top it off with 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce. Finally, pour in the milk, and top it off with coconut whipped cream, caramel sauce and cinnamon!


These are all so easy, take about 5 minutes to make, and taste so good! ENJOY.
