Vegan Banana Oatmeal Recipe

Trying out VEGAN BREAKFASTS and seeing how my body feels! If anyone here is VEGAN comment down below if you would like to see what recipes I come up with :)

This recipe is vegan BANANA OATMEAL and it was delicious and so filling!!


For this I used:
1 cup of GF oats
2 cups of plant based milk
1/2 tsp of cinnamon + 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 banana
1 tbsp of maple syrup + 1 tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil
1 tbsp of flax seeds
For toppings: Blueberries, peanut butter, coconut shreds

The first thing I did was, I started a pot in medium heat and I added the oats and the milk. Let it simmer, after about 7 minutes I added the flax seeds. Let it cook completely.

While the oats were cooking, on a separate pan, I added oil + maple syrup. Then, I dropped my sliced banana and β€œfried” it.
Once the oatmeal was done, I poured it into a bowl, added the banana and then my toppings of choice!

Super simple, serves 2-3 people and incredibly delicious! Let me know if you try it and see you next time!
