Whole Wheat Multi Seed Bread

Thanks to this quarantine, I have been perfecting my bread skills and getting creative. I am honestly, super impressed on HOW GOOD the Whole Wheat Multi Seed Bread Loaf is and want to share this recipe with everyone. Making bread is such a fun activity for me, I play music, light some candles and get creative with what I am doing but also how I make it look pretty.

It took me about 2-3 hours to prepare this (including the time I let it grow) and it was really delicious. Prep time - 10 minutes.

The first step is to mix in a bowl:

-1 tsp of yeast

-2 1/2 of cups of bread flour

-1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

-1/4 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

-3 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds

-3 tablespoons of sesame seeds

-2 tablespoons of flax seed

-1 tablespoon of chia seeds

-2 tsp of salt

-2 cups of warm water.

Mix in low for about 3-5 minutes.

Set it in a greased bowl, with a wet warm towel on top for about 2 hours. Once it has raised, put flower in the counter and roll it around for about 5 minutes. Then, place it in your greased baking sheet and turn your oven on to 400f. While the oven is heating up, let your bread raise in the sheet it’s going to bake in with a warm towel on top.

Put it in the oven for about 35 minutes and then take it out let it cool and enjoy!!
